A poem from The Watchman of Africa

Kind Evil

Romeo Zulu, 2021. Ten lines on help that isn’t.

They recorded history
That talks ill of our kings.

They bring medicine
To cure diseases they created.

They are peacemakers
In wars they funded.

We enjoy movies
That brainwash us.

We like media
That controls and mentally enslaves us.
